I am officially back....after some long delays and a few unexpected events in the past year, i have pulled thru have been planning all thru march for a grand REOPENING of the Trigger Happy Trends etsy store...at this time i will be focusing on this one of my shops and later i plan to reopen the V Marie Designs etsy shop too... I'm also looking for anyone who would like to get a featured blog post on my blog...anyone anything just semd me an email or comment below... the next post will have some peek photos of the new things available on THT

Finally back to work!

Finally after surviving these past few stress packed months my life is getting back to normal and I am getting back into the grove with some new creation and with a lovely new kiln in the studio I hope to be showing off a new line of porcelain jewelry! Here are a few thing I'm working on this morning, enjoy and I glad to be getting back to work!

Whats Happening in the Fibers Studio? Here's a peek!

Messing with fabrics and stuff as usual and making cute little clutch bags for the shop! I'm a big fan of spontaneity and impulse and these bags have no pattern I just made what I felt so these are going to be fun and unique seeing as each one will be different from the last. Some I'm making from bought fabrics and quilting squares and some I'm upcycling from clothes and upholstery from where ever I can find! Here are some peek photos of two of my favorites so far!

First TINY DINY RELEASE!

 

Whats A Tiny Diny you ask? Well once upon a time my best friend and I were playing around in class (ok we weren't paying attention, but to be fair it was a sculpture class and we were playing with clay!) And she made this big clay dino it was cute, and from there I made a simplified version of it and thus the Tiny Diny was born! They are my most guarded possession. They started as mini sculptures and transformed into little cartoons! This is the first time that anything from their collection has hit the web but soon I will have lots to see up on the THT shop so check back soon! Looking to get started on a comic or book with a sequential artist friend of mine. Wish me luck!

Mini Temptations! Pastries You Wish You Could Eat!

Also soon to be up for sale on THT will be my mini Temptations, mini food replicas for your adornment needs! Kinda got started on this mini food stuff quite recently, and oooh did i suck at first but im getting better and i think they look cute! Pictured is one of my mini Fudge and white cake pieces with cherry glaze and cream drizzled stripes!
